Wow, this is the BEST chili I've ever had! The molasses in this makes it SO good. Wild boar in chili is a really good combination. I make this with a mix of dried beans. I use just under 1/3 cup red kidney beans, and just under 1/3 cup black eyed peas. Soak the beans overnight, then pressure cook them for 5 minutes, and add them to the chili just before serving. We tried cooking them together with the rest of it but the beans just didn't cook in time, safest to do them separately I think if you're using dried.
